Construction Stages

Base Stage – This includes surveys, footings, subfloor drainage, steel and waffles installed, engineering inspection and pouring of concrete slab.

Frame Stage – This includes the erection of the frame and trusses, including all bracing, tie-down and the installation of windows and external doors.

Enclosed Stage – This includes roof material, brickwork, garage door, all services rough-in and plasterboard lining.

Fixing Stage – Internally, this includes the completion of waterproofing, floor and wall tiling, kitchen and vanities. Externally sees the completion of external render and all soffit lining.

Practical Completion – This sees the completion of all major works.
